Live guided workout – HIIT for all levels

HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is a short session set at a high tempo and designed to elevate your heart rates and sweat levels no matter your ability level.

You can expect short sharp work periods interpreted with periods of rest and a high variety of exercises to suit everyone. This type of training is really fun and the perfect midday break to help you focus in the afternoon.

The session will be lead by Jane Briscoe, an expert strength and conditioning coach and prior Loughborough graduate (BSc, MSc).
