Workshops led by wellbeing expert Charlotte Wiseman, brought to you by South Westminster BIDs

Wednesday 13 October

Energy management in a digital world @ 12 pm-1 pm – Screening Room at Somerset House

When was the last time you woke up feeling truly refreshed? How often do you get to the end of the day and feel so exhausted that you can hardly muster the energy to cook dinner? This is not uncommon. Poor energy management is impacting our work performance, our relationships and our mood. We plan to take action next week or make those changes after that next deadline, and the changes never happen. This workshop could be the moment that all changes.

In this practical session, we will explore how it is more than just the number of hours we have in bed that impacts our energy, it is a combination of hidden habits and choices we make when managing our day-to-day activities. You will walk away with tools to manage your time, energy and focus, in the digital world. This session will include

• Understanding the ‘always on’ culture

• The foundations of energy management and resilience

• Optimising your daily energy patterns

• Simple steps to boost motivation, overcome procrastination and find more time
