Carrying out mindfulness exercises can help individuals to reduce their stress, improve their sleep, help them to be more focused and be better team players.
Many people start meditating to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and to cultivate peace of mind. But there are thousands of studies documenting other less-known mindfulness meditation benefits, which can have a positive impact on mental, physical, and emotional health.

MBSR qualified mindfulness instructor: Michel, an educational psychologist and MBSR qualified mindfulness instructor, has over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and organisations across the world with many different aspects of their wellbeing. Recently he has been running guided mindfulness sessions for UK and Global organisations, including some based in the Shard.
