Northbank Wellbeing Series: Hunger Management

Welcome to this year’s wellbeing series. Get Inspired and learn tips and tricks for generating positive and sustainable behaviour change!

Join us as we once again welcome the Wellbeing People for this workshop. This Workshop will help you to understand the four types of hunger and how they can affect your mood, energy and cravings. You’ll learn how to overcome them to live a longer, leaner, healthier, happier life!

This workshop will help you to:

– Understand what the four types of hunger are

– Increase energy and avoid the post-lunch slump

– Give you insightful advice to eliminate your cravings

– Top tips for preventing diabetes and obesity

The BID is offering this FREE of charge to make the Northbank a better place to be and work. In 2018/19 stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 44% of all work-related ill health cases and 54% of all working days lost due to ill health (Labour Force Survey). In our global city we need to take time for ourselves and how better to do that than with our wellbeing series. Improve your mental wellbeing through these lunchtime seminars.

We anticipate high volumes of interest for these workshops, register to avoid disappointment.
