Northbank Wellbeing Series: Master your time

Welcome to this year’s wellbeing series. Get Inspired and learn tips and tricks for generating positive and sustainable behaviour change!

In a world that seems to be getting faster and faster, this workshop gives an insight into how you can manage your time more efficiently. Having a better relationship with time means less stress, reduced anxiety and increased productivity.

 

Join us as we welcome the Wellbeing People who will deliver this workshop which will help you to:

– Learn how to find extra quality time in your day

– Improve your relationship with tech and devices

– Feel more in control and increase your happiness

–  Have insights into managing your time more efficiently

 

The BID is offering this FREE of charge to make the Northbank a better place to be and work. In 2018/19 stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 44% of all work-related ill health cases and 54% of all working days lost due to ill health (Labour Force Survey). In our global city we need to take time for ourselves and how better to do that than with our wellbeing series. Improve your mental wellbeing through these lunchtime seminars.
