Northbank Wellbeing Series: Movement Medicine
Welcome to this year’s wellbeing series. Get Inspired and learn tips and tricks for generating positive and sustainable behaviour change!
Find out how to break the modern-day sitting epidemic to move more without a gym membership! Movement is the super-drug your body is craving to detoxify and cultivate natural energy.
This workshop will help you to:

– Make your body feel better and reduce stiffness
– Learn simple routines with no time in the gym involved
The BID is offering this FREE of charge to make the Northbank a better place to be and work. In 2018/19 stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 44% of all work-related ill health cases and 54% of all working days lost due to ill health (Labour Force Survey). In our global city we need to take time for ourselves and how better to do that than with our wellbeing series. Improve your mental wellbeing through these lunchtime seminars.
