Welcome to this year’s wellbeing series. Get Inspired and learn tips and tricks for generating positive and sustainable behaviour change!
Join us as we welcome The Wellbeing People who will deliver a workshop which will debunk several myths surrounding nutrition, simplifying what a healthy diet actually means and will provide you with practical tools to tailor nutrition to your body type and overall health and wellbeing goals.
This workshop will help you to:
– Build a personalised nutrition plan
– Resolve several myths surrounding nutrition
– Find out what a health diet actually looks like
– It will be practical interactive and engaging
The BID is offering this FREE of charge to make the Northbank a better place to be and work. In 2018/19 stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 44% of all work-related ill health cases and 54% of all working days lost due to ill health (Labour Force Survey). In our global city we need to take time for ourselves and how better to do that than with our wellbeing series. Improve your mental wellbeing through these lunchtime seminars.
We anticipate high volumes of interest for these workshops, register to avoid disappointment.
