Northbank Wellbeing Series: Resilience and Mental Fitness

Welcome to this year’s wellbeing series. Get Inspired and learn tips and tricks for generating positive and sustainable behaviour change!

Join us and the Wellbeing People to discover the impact that your daily habits are having on your health, wellbeing and productivity! This workshop gives hands-on practical tools to help manage stress, enhance resilience, improve mental fitness to achieve your life goals!


This workshop will help you to:

– Discover the most effective resilience ‘life hacks’

– Move from poor mental health to mental fitness

– Learn a variety of mindful meditation techniques

– Determine how to make stress work for you!


The BID is offering this FREE of charge to make the Northbank a better place to be and work. In 2018/19 stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 44% of all work-related ill health cases and 54% of all working days lost due to ill health (Labour Force Survey). In our global city we need to take time for ourselves and how better to do that than with our wellbeing series. Improve your mental wellbeing through these lunchtime seminars.
