World Mental Health Day – Good Mood Food

Want to know how what you eat influences how you feel?

60% of your brain is fat and more and more research is showing just how important what we eat is for our mood and mental health.

Join us for this lunchtime talk with Innerfit Nutritional Therpaist Kristy Coleman. Learn about what factors influence digestion and what foods to include/remove to support mood.

The BID is offering this FREE of charge to make the Northbank a better place to be and work.
