Joe Allen was first opened in 1977, a sister restaurant to the original New York site. It was named after its owner and creator, a man dedicated to delivering fantastic dining experiences. Set in a venue adorned with the best theatre memorabilia, Joe Allen is the brasserie for theatre-goers, locals and visitors alike.

A new team have joined Tim Healy and Lawrence Hartley, the current owners: Russell Norman will oversee the newly created Joe’s Bar, a New York tavern at the front of the restaurant, and heading up the revamped menu of American brasserie classics and exciting new additions will be ex-Ivy Executive Head Chef Gary Lee.
