Northbank Wellbeing Series: The Optimal Wellbeing Formula
Join us as and the Wellbeing People to experience first-hand a fun and interactive workshop which will introduce you to the four cornerstones of wellbeing, packed with powerful and practical how-to advice.
This workshop will help you to:
– Learn more about what optimal wellbeing means
– Learn Life Hacks for making simple lifestyle changes
– Understand Mindset and Nutrition
– Understand Movement and Lifestyle Habits
The BID is offering this FREE of charge to make the Northbank a better place to be and work. In 2018/19 stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 44% of all work-related ill health cases and 54% of all working days lost due to ill health (Labour Force Survey). In our global city we need to take time for ourselves and how better to do that than with our wellbeing series. Improve your mental wellbeing through these lunchtime seminars.

The Northbank BID invites you to take part in our annual Charity Gift Drop by buying a gift for someone less fortunate this Christmas. This year you can support The Bridge at The Connection @ St Martins and Social Bite by buying a gift and dropping it off at one of our gift drop boxes.

At Dr Bike sessions experienced cyclists and mechanics check everything on your bike from wheels, brakes, gears and tire pressure to lights, racks, pedals, saddles and more. By the end, your bike will feel loved and cared for.
